What’s your tow-in policy?

Yes, we coordinate towing for collision damage and non-drivable vehicles throughout Westchester County. Call (914) 769-8448 and we’ll arrange a tow directly to our shop at 5 Thomas Street in Pleasantville. Insurance often covers towing as part of your claim — we handle that paperwork along with the repair estimate.

Do you handle insurance claims?

Yes. We work with every major US carrier and most regional New York carriers. Bring us the claim number and we handle the documentation, estimate submission, and supplements directly.

Can I drop off after hours?

We have a key-drop slot at the front entrance. Leave your keys with a brief note describing the damage; we’ll call you the next morning to confirm receipt and start the estimate.
